The EXP2-303 High Back Sofa at Lobby is engineered to Holiday Inn Express Formula Blue 2.0 standards for hotel public spaces. An engineered wood frame built from solid wood and plywood supports a tight upholstered shell, while cushions at the seat and back can be flipped over and swapped end for end, adding day-to-day comfort that wears evenly. Legs tapered in wood, joined to a plinth base that coordinates with the frame, keep the piece stable and visually anchored in open lobby layouts. At 84 inches wide and 42 inches high, the high back gives lobby seating a sense of enclosure without walling off the space. Each sofa is produced to order, with CFD coordinating finish schedules and shop drawings for multi-property rollouts.
